A Little Worried

I don’t know whats keeping me worried. Is it because of the reality that our world is full on uncertainties o talagang may pag ka OC (obsessive compulsive) lang ako.

There are a lot of things on my mind: the wedding, work, business ( i want one of my own) etc. and of course finances…. Hopefully within the next few days I don’t have to worry about it.

One of the characteristics that would best describe me is I tend to worry a lot. Lahat na lang yata ng bagay sa paligid ko sobra kong iniisip…na baka ganito ..baka ganyan…baka hindi mag work….baka kulang pa…  Sana duamting na din yung time na I would not worry and just trust….completely …without looking back.

Of course knowing that God is in control and he will provide everything that you need, so its useless to worry. Pero being human, you want to do something at hindi lahat ay puro si God ang bahala. Kasi hindi lang naman din ikaw ang tao sa mundo na inaalala niya di ba? There are also other people praying to God and mas urgent ang need nila kesa sa’yo. Just a thought lang.

Pero bottom line… “God will make a way, when there seems to be no way”

VISITA IGLESIA 2009

It’s our first time to join Visit Iglesia in our province (TAYSAN). The Itenerary is going to 7 churches in the province of Batangas and pray 2 stations of the cross in every church that we visit. Its so nice seeing many people young and old joining in prayer with the whole church to commemorate the passion and death of our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross.

The experience was really tiring but more than that fulfilling and touching I can say. Happy as well because I’m with my family and relatives which gives me more reason to take part on the activity.

There are almost 80 vehicles that joined the Visita Iglesia and an estimated number of 700 people. All I can say is WOW!!! Imagine…having all these people pray and reach out to God…its already a power of prayer and love for God.

I just want to take note and remember this wonderful experience that I had.

Take Time Out

Next week is already the start of the Holy Week. A season that reminds us that God loves us so much that he gave his only begotten son to redeem us from our sins.

A time to think on how we spend our lives…if it is towards the will of God or just plainly doing what we want without thinking and being concern of the people around us. God shows us how much he loves us. I think its about time to share the love of God and at the same time, show  God that we love him too.

We need to take time out of the usual things…our work, school…even our comfort zones to share even a bit of suffering that Jesus went through, rather complain of the little discomfort that we have.
I am guilty of always complaining of almost everything that I think is not working the way I wanted things to work out, but one of the questions that I ask myself.. “Is there anything I can do if I just complain?” Nothing I guess….

If Jesus did not complain, what gives me the right to complain?   I just need time to reflect, take the time out of all the comforts in life and be with Jesus even in the simplest but most sincere way that we can.

This is a celebration for all of us. A celebration because we all know that God loves us so much.

Change

As they say there is only one thing permanent in this world and that is change. Well, its correct. Maybe the kicker is not all of us have that skill to adapt to changes happening around us.

May mga panahon na yung mga tao sa paligid natin ay nagbabago…pwedeng nagbabago para sa ikakabuti or vise versa. Pwede din naman na tayo ang magbago. Sana lang pag nagbago tayo eh yung madami ang matutuwa o kaya naman ay makikinabang sa pagababago natin.

The change should be not only be temporary, but a permanent thing in our lives.

An Inspiration

It’s nice to start something new. Something that I’ve never done before. I hope that this will continue and be an inspiration to others as well. Every one is a gift from God and has a gift from God.

Thank God its Friday (for us working in a call center…real day saturday) and yes I love weekends. I love going to the mall, shopping and experiencing how beautiful life is.

Each time I post something…be sure that it will be a new life’s lesson to learn and to be shared to everyone. For now, let me end this by saying….this is something new and beautiful….
